NCANA Capitol Day NCANA Capitol Day is an annual event where members have the opportunity meet with their legislators to discuss important pieces of legislation that affect APRNs in North Carolina. At the morning meeting, strategies for important talking points to go over with your legislator will be described so you will feel prepared for your meetings. *Hot breakfast will be served* Nurse's Night at the Legislature Nurses Night is one of our best opportunities to meet with legislators from both sides of the aisle and discuss nursing issues in a relaxed and comfortable environment. You’ll be able to talk face-to-face with the lawmakers who shape nursing policy in North Carolina, and you’ll also get the chance to meet and interact with your nursing colleagues from across the state.
