NCANA Capitol Day How to enter the museum on Capitol Day: The entrance for the museum meeting space, is between the large globe and the Daily Planet Cafe. You can enter in the front or the back of the building. The museum does not open until 10 am, but please wait at the door and someone will be letting Capitol Day attendees in. At the morning meeting, strategies for important talking points to go over with your legislator will be described so you will feel prepared for your meetings. Legislative Visit Feedback Form Nurse's Night at the Legislature Nurses Night is one of our best opportunities to meet with legislators from both sides of the aisle and discuss nursing issues in a relaxed and comfortable environment. You’ll be able to talk face-to-face with the lawmakers who shape nursing policy in North Carolina, and you’ll also get the chance to meet and interact with your nursing colleagues from across the state.
